Report an Adverse Event/Product Complaint
Purdue Pharma routinely collects and analyzes safety information on our products, including reports from healthcare professionals and patients about adverse events and product complaints. This process helps to ensure that healthcare professionals have up-to-date information, so you can make informed decisions when prescribing or recommending a Purdue product.
